First of all could there be a better situation, as the Astros close out the 2011 campaign, than having a chance to keep the Cardinals out of the playoffs in the season finale that starts tonight?  Yes there are the 100 losses for the first time in franchise history, but there’s also a bright spot or two going into next year. The Astros will be celebrating their 50 year anniversary next season it has been reported that they will wear throwback jerseys at every Friday home game starting with the classic Colt .45s jerseys from the early 60′s.
