BIG CONGRATS to the New York Giants for their remarkable run to another title. This team had to win in week 17 just to get into the playoffs and that springboarded the G-men to another championship with the incredible play of Eli Manning. The QB pulled himself out of the frying pan and jumped directly into the fire before the season stating that he belonged in the same class as the ELIte QBs like the man he has now beat twice in the Superbowl. Eli talked the talk and walked the walk and in the end hoisted the Lombardi Trophy.

Recently SRL had our All Star Rapper Draft in which we took a starting 5 and 1 bench player. The listeners and fans will VOTE for who has the best squad that will be announced on NBA All Star Weekend for our SRL Sunday Rapp Up broadcast 2/26/12…here is my squad, which is a versatile high powered offense with the dynamic duo of Bun B and Pimp C together once again!

Congratulations to the Houston football Texans on their impressive win on Saturday for their playoff debut. They played 4 qtrs of solid football and finished off the Cincinnati Bengals once and for all when they had them on the ropes. This is new for the Texans who have had trouble closing the deal in years past once they got the lead in big games. Arian Foster had one of the more memorable games in Houston playoff football history, including a beast mode type run down the sideline staying in bounds on his tippy toes to race into the endzone for the touchdown.

Everytime I’m in the parking lot I turn heads…yeah this is a trunk BANGIN’ -booty SWANGIN’ -elbow HANGIN’ performance from the dynamic duo from Htown. Keep your eye out for BLACK GOLD coming soon!
